A case of Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor is reported. The patient is a 50-year-old woman who had irregular vaginal bleeding for one year, suggesting estrogenic effect. Evidence of masculinisation was absent. Left ovary contains bright yellow solid tumor of 2.5cm in maximum diameter. Microscopically the tumor consisted of well differentiated tubular growth of Sertoll cells interspersed with Leydig cells. Crystalloid of Reinke was found in the Leydig cells. In many areas tumor contained abundant lipid in the cytoplasm as seen in "folliculoma lipidique". Literature review was done with special emphasis on histogenesis and differential diagnosis.
